what do you do as property management

You spent your days contacting tenants and owners of various homes in the region The Hague and Rotterdam. You keep the tenants happy by taking care of all the problems surrounding there house. When the tenant decides to move, you ensure that the process runs smoothly and that the new tenant can move in right away. Below is a brief description of what you will do.
 

THIS IS WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO

• Contact with owners and tenant both by phone and e-mail. 
• You solve tenant problems all day long, by contacting various handymen. Think of leaks, malfunctions in the central heating system, a broken dishwasher, etc.
• Homes must be delivered neatly. You inspect the houses and make sure the estate remains tidy by taking the correct maintenance measures.
• No day is the same. You love planning, arranging, organizing and you enjoy taking care of people.
• You don't turn your back on administrative tasks like processing invoices.

YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS

• HBO- work and thinking level.
• Knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
• You speak Dutch and English well, because many of our customers are expat.
• Administrative and financial knowledge is prefered.
• Familiar with and preferably living in Rotterdam.
• A 40- hour job.

WHAT YOU SEARCH FOR IN A JOB

• You will earn between $2,250 and $2.750 depending on your experience.
• A 40- hour annual contract with an outlook on indefinite time if you function properly.
• A good workflow with a lot of friendly colleagues.
• Two trips with the team a year and one weekend away.
• A work phone.
• A down-to-earth organisation where there is no hierarchy.
