Layout

Ground floor: through a long driveway and beautifully landscaped garden you arrive at the main entrance; first you enter a spacious, bright hall with a wonderfully tiled stone floor. Through the hall you have access to several rooms; let's start with the cozy living room: here you have a spacious sofa and reading chair where you can relax. Due to the delightful quadrangular bay window (with stained glass above it), plenty of natural light enters. Be sure to note the timeless (historic) details such as the detailed fireplace, wainscoting and ceiling ornaments. Should you have personal items, you can place them in the charming built-in wall cabinet with stained glass doors.

Through a beautiful, also stained glass window door, you will enter the spacious living kitchen. The dining table is generously sized: there are 5 dining chairs and a spacious sofa attached. In the same space, 2 wall cabinets are present where you can store food or dishes, for example. Again, note the ornaments on the ceiling here; exquisite they are! Adjacent is the well-equipped, modern kitchen with bar. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences; an induction cooktop with an extractor hood above it and a magnet where you can "set" your cooking utensils, a combi-oven/microwave, a coffee maker, sink with a Quooker facility, icebox with freezer and enough drawers and cabinets to store your food.

Garden: spacious French doors lead you to the capacious wooden balcony that overlooks the prettily landscaped garden. On it is a large dining table that seats 6 people; the ideal place to spend your summer evenings with friends and/or family. Through the stairs you go down and you come out in the garden which for a large part is landscaped with grass; in the back of the garden there is a picnic table, lounge set as well as a playground equipment for children. You reach the second floor via a staircase; the attic. Here you will find desks with stiles and low cupboards; the ideal home office! (or this space can also be converted into a bedroom). On the other side of the attic is a third bedroom; with a king size bed and low cupboards; an ideal room for when you have guests because there is also a bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower, sink with mirror and toilet.
