History complex

As part of the Ungerplein complex on the Schiekade, the Ungerplein flat was completed in 1932. From the 1960s onwards, the building was used as an office and the state of maintenance and appearance of the building became compromised.

After completion the apartment building, at 43 meters, was the tallest residential building in the Netherlands and probably even in Europe.

The project

The complete renovation of this national monument also aims at a strong energetic upgrade of the building. The rental properties receive an A label due to, among other things, good insulation and district heating. 49 short stay apartments will be realized spread over all 12 floors. These often concern 2-bedroom apartments that are delivered fully furnished. The 2 penthouse apartments offer fantastic panoramic views over the city. Unique at this height from the north side of Rotterdam.

Availability

All 49 apartments are only available for short stay with a maximum rental period of 6 months

The apartments will be delivered end Q4 of 2024 in fully furnished and new condition.
